CalPro provides complete property management services for residential rental property, including single family homes, town homes, duplexes, triplexes, four-plexes, apartment buildings and other multi-unit residential properties. We also provide property management for small to medium commercial buildings.

 Cost of Service

• Single Family Residence, Condo, Townhome.                                    $115.00 per month.
• 2-4 units  (Duplex/Triplex/Four-Plex)                                                    $150.00 to $170.00.
• 5-20 units - 4% of gross rents collected.
• For apartment buildings over 20 units,                                                  5% of total gross rents collected.

These prices are approximate cost estimates and can be adjusted.
